4. Payment Processing

Payments for wickinches products are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment partner.

Transactions may be subject to Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms, payment procedures, and applicable policies.

Information required to process a purchase may be handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and privacy practices.

Prices, available payment methods, and applicable taxes will be presented through the relevant sales or checkout process.

We reserve the right to change product prices and discontinue products prospectively.

5. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product,

subject to these Terms and any additional license conditions displayed on its product page.

Unless a product listing specifies different conditions, the license permits you to use the purchased asset in your own creative projects and in commercial work,

including client projects and finished designs sold as physical goods.

For example, you may incorporate an eligible design asset into an original T-shirt graphic or a client's visual project, provided that the final work does not redistribute

the underlying asset in a reusable or extractable form.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the original files or intellectual property rights to you.

Any product-specific license displayed at purchase forms part of your agreement with wickinches. Where a product has additional restrictions, those restrictions apply to that product.

6. Prohibited Redistribution and Resale

wickinches digital products are licensed for use, not for redistribution or resale as standalone assets.

Unless you receive prior written permission from wickinches, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, upload, publish, or redistribute purchased files, whether for payment or free.

• Include our original files in another asset pack, template collection, mockup bundle, resource library, or competing digital product.

• Give purchased files to another person or business so they can use the original assets independently of your permitted finished work.

• Claim our original assets, source files, or product designs as your own creations.

• Remove ownership notices or use our products in a way that misrepresents their origin.

• Make our files available through public download links, file-sharing services, or other distribution channels.

• Repackage, modify, or reproduce our products for the purpose of selling or distributing a competing resource.

These restrictions apply even if you have modified the files. Changing colors, adding effects, combining layers,

or making other superficial edits does not automatically give you the right to redistribute or resell the underlying product.

Unauthorized resale or redistribution violates the license granted by wickinches and may also infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, violations may result in license termination, requests to remove unauthorized copies, claims for damages,

or other legal remedies.

If you want to redistribute, sublicense, or resell a wickinches product, you must obtain explicit written authorization before doing so.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

All rights in wickinches original products, source files, branding, website content, and associated materials remain with their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product grants only the license described in these Terms. It does not grant ownership of the underlying product, copyright, trademarks, or

other intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your own original contributions to a finished project, subject to the rights of any third parties and

the license governing the wickinches assets incorporated into that project.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights that wickinches does not own or have authority to license.

8. Product Compatibility and Support

Digital products may require particular software, versions, file formats, or technical capabilities.

You are responsible for checking the listed requirements before making a purchase. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions,

but we cannot guarantee that every product will work with every device, software version, or customized workflow.

If a product does not function as described because of a verified issue with the product itself, contact us so we

can assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Support, updates, and compatibility assistance are provided only to the extent stated in the product listing or separately agreed in writing.

9. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Because our products are digital, refund eligibility may depend on the product, delivery status, applicable consumer protection laws,

and the circumstances of the purchase.

If you experience a duplicate charge, an unsuccessful delivery, a defective file, or another purchase-related problem,

contact us with the relevant order information so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where mandatory law provides a right to a refund,

cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy, those rights continue to apply.

Termination does not eliminate any rights or obligations that arose before termination or any legal remedies available to either party.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and deliver our products accurately. However, except for express promises made by wickinches or

rights that cannot be excluded by law, products and website services are provided subject to their stated descriptions and applicable legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wickinches will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product,

including losses caused by unsupported software, unauthorized file modifications, or misuse contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections.

15. Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for your use of wickinches products and for ensuring that your projects comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

If your breach of these Terms causes a claim or loss for which you are legally responsible, liability will be determined under the applicable law.

Nothing in this agreement requires you to indemnify wickinches for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
